I was hesitant at first about trying a smoothie with spinach. I was afraid that would be all I could taste. Boy was I wrong. Maybe I didn’t add enough, but I couldn’t taste it at all! Can’t wait to try a new kind tomorrow!
Banana berry smoothie
4 large strawberries cut into slices
1 banana cut into slices
1/2 c. Blueberries
1 tablespoon honey
A hand full spinach
1/2 c. Vanilla Greek yogurt
Blend berries and banana. Add spinach and blend. Add honey, yogurt, and ice and blend one last time. Pour in a glass and enjoy! Makes 2 servings.
